Summer Success for Scarab4 Following Recent Expansion

Scarab4 has been busy implementing a new lead gen division over the last few months, expanding the company’s core offering.

Having successfully delivered lead gen projects to clients over the last three years – and noticing an increasing demand for the service – we have implemented a full contact centre which is now in full operation.

As part of our growth, we have moved into three new interlinking offices, with one of the offices having its very own contact centre facility. We have employed five new staff – Michael, Kevin, Kerry, Kyle and Daniel – who have been welcomed on-board the Scarab4 team and are proving to be excellent assets. In the next few months we have plans to grow the team even further.

At present, we are delivering a huge B2C direct mail campaign for a client which is driving in significant call volumes to the centre generating quality leads. We also have experienced outbound call advisors who have been booking valuable B2B appointments for another client.Untitled-1

Understanding how difficult it can be to generate ‘hot’ leads and knowing there is a lot of companies out there selling ‘dud’ leads, Scarab4 is particularly excited that we are able to offer this service to new and existing clients.
